Does the cheat code that turns smoke human work on the Genesis version of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3?

1. Play as Human Smoke Select Smoke for a two player battle and at the VS screen, hold Back, High Punch, Low Punch, High Kick, and Low Kick until the match starts. Smoke will explode into Human Smoke. Contributed By: Ggultra2764
2. It should? Because the moves for the klassic MK games have are the same. There should be no problem if you've played Genesis before. For example, whichever High Kick is on the Genesis controller, it would be a diffrent button for the Playstation, X-Box, or Wii.
